TILT AI Terms of Service — the rules and conditions for using tiltai.co.uk.

Last updated: June 2025

1. Who we are

TILT AI is operated by Ted Atkinson (hello@tiltai.co.uk). By using tiltai.co.uk you agree to these terms.

2. What TILT AI provides

TILT AI is an AI-powered business blueprint generator. You answer a series of questions and receive a personalised business blueprint based on your answers. The blueprint is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal, or professional business advice. We make no guarantee of specific earnings or outcomes.

3. Age requirements

You must be aged 13 or over to use TILT AI. If you are under 18, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian before purchasing.

4. Payment

TILT AI costs £2.99 as a one-time payment. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You will receive access to your blueprint immediately upon successful payment.

5. Refund policy

Because TILT AI delivers a digital product instantly upon payment, we do not offer refunds once your blueprint has been generated and delivered. If you experience a technical error that prevents you from accessing your blueprint, contact hello@tiltai.co.uk and we will resolve it promptly.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use TILT AI to: attempt to reverse engineer or copy the service, resell or redistribute blueprints generated by the service, or use the service in any way that violates UK law.

7. Intellectual property

The TILT AI platform, brand, and underlying technology are owned by Ted Atkinson. The blueprint generated for you is yours to use for your personal business purposes.

8. Limitation of liability

TILT AI is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, we are not liable for any loss of income, business, or profits arising from use of the service or reliance on a blueprint generated by it.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
